Each consultant is a unique person, regarding their business knowledge, as well as their relationships and professional and personal ambitions. In order to reconcile each consultant goals, CapFields offers a flexible sphere of action and commitment. At CapFields, the value you bring is not determined by the years of experience you have.
Consultant
Beyond its project activity, the CapFields Consultant is trained to develop their network and to identify new project opportunities. Their evolution is supported by a coach and by the CapFields team. They take part in different projects as an Analyst, Project leader, Advisor or a Sales Representative.
Senior Consultant
The CapFields Senior Consultant has the ability to understand specific business issues (Front, Middle and Back Office). They organize and lead large-scale projects. Endowed with a wide relationship as network, they actively take part in recruitment and know how to build their team to attain their objectives. CapFields is able to offer you a particularly flexible work environment to allow for projects and network development. CapFields also invests in your competences by strengthening the capability of its Consultants. Each Senior Consultant will take part in workshops (eg. ALFI) and in conferences.
Managing Consultant
The CapFields Managing Consultant has freedom of action to originate their own projects as well as projects for CapFields Consultants. They further develop their network by their exposure to high level management. Their track record makes them acknowledged as a go to point of reference. As part of their leadership role, they lead conferences or workshops.
Freelancer
The Freelancer is an independent consultant who is part of the CapFields Network. Trained to understand our vision, they take part in all the activities of the company projects. They work in close collaboration with the entire network of CapFields Consultants and benefit in the meantime from our reputation. CapFields also provides them with the entire infrastructure required for the daily management of their activity, with a total autonomy regarding their project search and implementation.
